For CurbSide Landscape and Irrigation’s Residential clients, the Concierge is very much like a concierge in a hotel. CurbSide’s concierge is the contact in our company that will get you what you want or need, which could be anything from moving a shrub to answering maintenance questions.
Our new landscaping concierge will be available for service throughout your landscaping experience and especially after your landscape has been finished. The concierge will overview your finished project with you and make sure everything is how you want it or will be able to satisfy your requests.

The Concierge Service Center (CSC) was created for Commercial facility managers, property managers, and building occupants/tenants to dramatically streamline the service request process.
CSC couldn’t be any easier to use. Simple forms and drop down boxes lead a user right thru making a service request, setting the urgency, and adding a few comments. When a client has completed a request, they hit the submit button and CURBSIDE’S staff will instantly know that a request has been made.
Instant notification from the client’s desk. Plus, clients can receive an email notification when a request has been completed by the staff at CurbSide. The client can also choose instant tracking through email notification or, using CSC’s Communicator, track the progress of any of their service requests.
